All vehicles must display a permit, even if you own a parking bay, are in a trades vehicle or a removal van. Temporary or Permanent permits are applied for from the parking company -see signs on site for contact details.
Owners Cars
The parking at Riverbank Point is primarily allocated to flats. None of the parking on the right as you enter or any of the parking in the undercroft on the left can be used unless you have a numbered parking permit. The parking permit must be displayed on a roadworthy car.
A car with a SORN cannot occupy any spaces and will be removed at the owner’s expense.
Trades – Temporary Parking Permit
If you need a tradesperson to visit your property, you must obtain a temporary parking number for the day. You can obtain this by calling the parking company. The telephone number to obtain a temporary permit is on the parking notices around the car park.
Parking Area
The only area for trades or temporary visitors is in the end car park marked in yellow.
