The pedestrian gate to exit the site is to press the green button that releases the mag lock.

To enter the site you need to present a key fob to the intercom panel and touch the black button with the fob.
If you do not have a key fob you can call the flat owner on the keypad
On the right-hand side of the entrance, there is a post-mounted Intercom – use the fob or call the flat to open the Vehicle gate.
Trades can use a restricted access temporary code on request.
Call the office for a code 020 8869 7963 9am to 1pm to obtain a same day code. 1pm to 5.30pm will be next day. These can be pre booked.
