Intercom System
To access Riverbank Point you need to either present a key fob & tap on the round black button or dial the flat you wish to visit.
Once the fob has contacted the entry intercom a voice message will confirm you can enter.
If you dial the flat number you should reach the person who can confirm your identity and allow you access.
Security Notice
Please do not allow access to the building if you do not know who you are letting in. You are responsible for their actions if you have permitted access.
We have had parcels taken from the front entrance with tenants opening the door without checking.
If you need to change or add a mobile number to the door entry system.
