For major works, we. work to improve the property with anthing that needs replacing, gates, lifts & roofs. If you have a leak from your property to another property remember we don't look after your flat just the common parts.

With the directors of the block, we will carry out more extensive projects, replacement lift, new roofs, and whatever is needed to retain the safety and value of your property.

Site Visits

Property Managers regularly visit Riverbank Point to check contractors' work and inspect the property. Looking out for safety issues, lighting issues, riser cupboards are closed and fire detection systems are all online.

If an incident occurs at Riverbank Point that is reported to us we can investigate using the CCTV systems. The system is all over the common parts.

Since its installation in 2021 we have been able to pass clear pictures and videos to the Police who have prosecuted thieves of parcels left at the entrances.

Service charge is collected from all the lessees to pay for communal cleaning, gardening, electricity and maintenance of the building.

Speak to your account team to see if we can arrange a structured repayment of any overdue amounts. If you cannot pay we will ask your lender to pay and the amount and legal fees will be added to your mortgage.  Your mortgage company may re possess you property if you make no attempt  to pay this and keep up to date.
